Additional Specialized Services
Additional specialized services are available for clients who want structured assessment, written career materials, document review, or a more detailed synthesis of counselling work completed to date.
These services can support career decision-making, professional positioning, workplace-related counselling, and documentation needs when additional work outside regular session time would be useful.
Career Assessments
Structured career assessments, including the Strong Interest Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), may be used to support career exploration, decision-making, and next steps.
Fee: $250 CAD plus GST per assessment
A debrief session is required and billed separately at the standard counselling rate. Final assessment fees depend on the assessment and report selected and will be reviewed before proceeding.
Resume & Cover Letter Review
Detailed written feedback on one resume and one cover letter, with attention to clarity, positioning, relevance, application strategy, and applicant tracking system readability.
Fee: $240 CAD plus GST
Career Positioning Resume & Cover Letter Package
A new resume and adaptable cover letter template created from the ground up, informed by counselling work and relevant materials you provide.
Fee: $480 CAD plus GST
Personalized Career Integration Report
A written synthesis of career counselling work completed to date, integrating relevant themes, decision factors, assessment findings, and possible next steps.
Fee: $480 CAD plus GST
Document Review
Review of documents relevant to counselling goals, such as workplace correspondence, policies, job descriptions, role postings, or employment-related materials.
Fee: $60 CAD plus GST per 15 minute increment
Written Counselling Summary
A concise written summary based on counselling work completed to date and information already contained in your clinical record.
Fee: $240 CAD plus GST
Additional Professional Time
Additional time for expanded document work, substantial revisions, further preparation, or work added after an agreed service has been completed.
Fee: $60 CAD plus GST per 15 minute increment

Additional specialized services are optional and are discussed in advance.
Before work begins, we will review the purpose, scope, fee, expected timeline, and any materials you need to provide. Work will proceed only with your approval.
Additional professional services and products are subject to 5% GST unless otherwise stated.
Some extended health plans may provide coverage for these services or products, while others may exclude them. Coverage varies by plan, and a receipt does not guarantee reimbursement. You are responsible for confirming eligibility, coverage limits, and submission requirements directly with your insurer.
Upon request, an unpaid invoice can be provided for coverage verification before you proceed.
