Session Format and Fees

Intake Session

  • 80 minutes: $300

The first appointment is a longer session to allow for a thorough assessment and clear direction for the work ahead.


Ongoing Sessions

  • 50 minutes: $200

  • 80 minutes: $300

Extended sessions are available for complex situations, deeper work, or integrated therapeutic and career-related concerns.


Insurance and Payment

Sessions are held online through secure video.

I do not bill insurance directly. Receipts are provided for reimbursement through extended health plans that cover Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC).

Counselling services are GST exempt.
